In drilling oil and gas wells in the water to avoid the riser conventionally includes taking drilling mud back at the mudline and pumping in surface requires concepts, processes, equipment, technology should be used for Drilling Engineering Methods and apparatus that good will overcome engineering problems conventional drilling by moving the baseline for measuring the pressure gradient from sea level to mudline.
